Not offered at this site:

Guns - NFA weapons or any other known weapon to be in direct violation of BATF or National regulation. Upon notification of noncompliance by national regulating authorities; the noncompliant product (s) will be withdrawn from the product offering.

Buyers Responsibility:

It is impossible to warrant the legality of all products in all jurisdictions or for us to know and/or be current on local regulations in various parts of the country. No Guns are offered for sale on this site. All Machinegun kits contain NFA parts and you must be in compliance with the rules set forth by the NFA act, so it is the Buyers responsibility to remove the NFA parts and replace them with the 7 to 10 USA compliance parts to make the kits semi-auto and make them comply with the BATF/NFA rules .It is the responsibility of the buyer to know if he/she can legally purchase and/or possess any products offered here.
